Our light weight girdle evenly distributes load and dampens harmonics by bolting the main cap studs together to create a super strong rectangular cage. The brace nearly doubles the main web support area in the engine.
In addition, due to the close proximity of the main stud girdle to the crankshaft and rods it also aids in stripping oil off of the crank, which in itself yields a net gain in HP.
Fabricated from 12.5mm thick 6061-T6 aluminium, these girdles are a must for high rpm/high horsepower applications where block rigidity is critical.

This cam and computer package is designed for use with totally stock heads, and stock valve train. Upgraded pushrods are recommended but not needed. Revving past 6200 RPM will require upgraded springs. Either 90 or 105# springs are recommended for high RPM use. This cam is designed for naturally aspirated applications where maximising the performance of stock heads is important. Idle is lumpy, especially with extractors. You can expect up to 19-26 kW gains depending on your car's current configuration.

The Rollmaster Red series timing chain kit is manufactured to exacting standards using billet steel for both the crank and camshaft sprockets. This kit comes with a 7-key-way crankshaft sprocket to allow for more adjustment when dialing in the cam. Crankshaft sprocket key-ways are always in 2 degree increments unless otherwise stated. The relationship from crank key-way to camshaft sprocket timing is 2:1 meaning that the amount of advance or retard at the camshaft is in one degree increments i.e. 1, 2, 3 or 4 degrees. Multiple key-ways are a solid fixture and do not tend to move or work lose like offset dowels, thus providing positive locking of the cam timing to the desired position.
The Rollmaster timing chain kit is light weight but stronger than any other kit available due to the weight savings of billet steel and CNC machinery. No additional machining is required to fit this kit and there is no need for offset bushings or drilling of cam gears.
All Red series timing chain kits come with a standard billet steel construction, induction hardened crank gear and Rollmaster's own premium grade Iwis full roller timing chain.
This chain kit is suited for heavy duty applications or highly modified engines.

Double row timing chains require clearance between the oil pump and timing chains. For that our machined oil pump cover can be purchased through another listing.
The machine thinner oil pump cover screw torque is 11 N.m.
