This package (GM part number: 12633906) is standard replacement for all GM LS-Series V8's except for LS1. However, it can also be used to adapt a Gen IV camshaft into a Gen III LS1 vehicle when combined with a CAS109081 cam/knock sensor extension as well as an appropriate timing set.
The GM 1-piece timing cover included in this package is built to the highest quality standards to ensure an excellent fit and leak free seal. This kit utilizes a front camshaft sensor allowing both single and multi trigger camshaft sprockets to be used.

This high calibre bottom end gasket conversion kit is intended to service the bottom half of the engine block; essentially everything under the cylinder heads. These Mahlegaskets are synonymous with uncompromising quality and durability whilst meeting all relevant OEM specifications. You won’t find a finer sealing product.
The Rollmaster Gold series timing chain kit is manufactured to exacting standards using billet steel for both the crank and camshaft sprockets. This kit comes with 9-keyway crankshaft sprockets to allow more adjustment for dialling in the cam. Crankshaft sprocket keyways are in 2 degree increments always unless otherwise stated. The relationship from crank keyway to camshaft sprocket timing is 2:1 meaning that the amount of advance or retard at the camshaft is in one degree increments i.e. 1, 2, 3 or 4 degrees. Multiple keyways are a solid fixture and do not tend to move or work loose like offset dowels, thus providing a positive locking of the cam timing to the desired position.
Rollmaster timing chain kit is light weight but stronger than any other kit available due to the weight savings of billet steel and CNC machinery. Rolling resistance is also substantially decreased on the cam gear with the use of a Torrington thrust bearing. No additional machining is required to fit this kit and there is no need for offset bushings or drilling of cam gears.
All Gold series timing chain kits feature a billet steel construction with nitrided sprockets for added strength and Rollmaster's own pro series Iwis full roller timing chain. This chain kit is ideal for high performance applications where the chain is exposed to constant shock loading and rapid acceleration/deceleration rates.

In addition, due to the close proximity of the main stud girdle to the crankshaft and rods it also aids in stripping oil off of the crank, which in itself yields a net gain in HP.

These trunnion kits replace the factory LS rocker internals that are prone to failure when exposed to extended levels of high rpm, high valve spring pressures and amplified rotation from high-lift camshafts. The OE needle bearing housings can begin to separate from the rocker arm when exposed to these conditions, gradually spitting out all the needle rollers which in turn results in a catastrophe.

Extra security measures have been taken with the use of extended width trunnions with snap-ring grooves instead of the bearing housings only relying on a press-fit type fixture. ARP head studs greatly improve head-to-block sealing, which is important in engines with high power adders such as turbochargers, superchargers or nitrous. They can even be a great addition to a mildly modified build as insurance against failure.
