Valve springs are one of the most critical and overlooked components in your engine. Proper selection of the valve springs begins with identifying the application then selecting all the necessary componentry that will complement the springs in order for the engine to reach its full potential. Unfavourable results will ensue when installing a cam that will have an 8000rpm limit with the incorrect springs and supporting parts. Improper selection of the valve springs is one of the most common causes of engine failure. 

One of the biggest valve spring manufacturers in the States, a specific array of valve spring kits has been developed to work in conjunction with the latest range of next gen GM LS camshafts and all other aftermarket cams in the industry. Each kit is tailored for use with specific camshaft grinds and is available in a beehive, conical or cylindrical dual spring style setup.

Each kit is equipped with everything required to upgrade your valve-train when installing an aftermarket camshaft. All components are manufactured from high quality materials to ensure durability, and performance is maintained even in the harshest environment.

When it comes to building horsepower and torque, you need to start at the bottom and work your way up. Bullet-proof your LS engine's bottom-end with high quality components from Manley Performance. These fully balanced rotating assemblies are designed for performance enthusiasts wanting to get the most out of their engines. The assemblies feature 4340 forged steel crankshaft and H-beam connecting rods, 7/16 in. ARP 8740 cap screws with a 750 hp rating for LS engines/900 hp for big blocks, 2618 Platinum Series forged aluminium pistons, chromoly premium wrist pins, Total Seal piston rings, Clevite "H" Series narrowed rods and "P" Series main engine bearings.

The strict regulations that modern cars must adhere to these days mean any enjoyment you can have behind the wheel is quite limited. Unfortunately, the control systems put in place restrain the engine's performance and prevent you from experiencing its full potential. Our electronic throttle controllers are just a small device that can help you restore that exhilarating sensation you’re currently missing out on without illegally interfering with any major componentry.

The factory drive-by-wire system actually dulls down throttle response and, in turn, makes the engine feel as though it's lacking power until a certain throttle percentage is achieved. Even then, specific conditions need to be met for the engine to make peak power. This can become quite frustrating and even unsafe in some circumstances. The Mace throttle controller eliminates this delay that exists between the throttle pedal and the butterfly in the throttle body, re-establishing throttle response and bottom-end acceleration.

In addition to sharper throttle response, our controllers also have an economy mode which basically does the opposite. By powering down the signal to the throttle, the delay in throttle response is magnified. The benefit being improved fuel economy over longer trips and smoother transitions in throttle percentage. These modes have a number of stages to select from to either increase or decrease intensity.

 

Main Features:

  1. Race Mode: 9 stages of super-increased accelerator response more suited for track use.
  2. Sport Mode: 9 stages of increased accelerator response suited for spirited driving.
  3. Economy Mode: 7 stages of reduced accelerator response suited for economy driving around towns and on highways.
  4. Normal Mode: Factory throttle response.
  5. OBD.II free, meaning power is sourced directly from the pedal and additional plugs are no longer required.

These Mace rocker bolts suit Holden vehicles fitted with LS1, L76, L77, L98 and LS3 5.7L, 6.0L and 6.2L 8 cylinder engines. These are a great alternative to the torque to yield factory rocker arm bolts and won't require to be replaced ever again.

These bolts should be torqued to 23ft/lbs and suit both factory and Mace aftermarket rockers.

This Mace exhaust manifold gasket set, for the popular GM LS engines, features OE quality multi-layer steel (MLS) construction to ensure a positive seal under extreme temperatures. These gaskets are designed to meet and exceed OEM specifications so you can be assured of quality and durability.

Three layers of stainless steel are utlilized in manufacturing of these gaskets and each layer has an embossment at critical sealing areas for maximum sealing. The spring steel layers provide tension when compressed, keeping the joint tight and preventing the seal from being blown out.

The Rollmaster Gold series timing chain kit is manufactured to exacting standards using billet steel for both the crank and camshaft sprockets. This kit comes with 9-keyway crankshaft sprockets to allow more adjustment for dialling in the cam. Crankshaft sprocket keyways are in 2 degree increments always unless otherwise stated. The relationship from crank keyway to camshaft sprocket timing is 2:1 meaning that the amount of advance or retard at the camshaft is in one degree increments i.e. 1, 2, 3 or 4 degrees. Multiple keyways are a solid fixture and do not tend to move or work lose like offset dowels, thus providing a positive locking of the cam timing to the desired position.

Rollmaster timing chain kit is light weight but stronger than any other kit available due to the weight savings of billet steel and CNC machinery. Rolling resistance is also substantially decreased on the cam gear with the use of a Torrington thrust bearing. No additional machining is required to fit this kit and there is no need for offset bushings or drilling of cam gears. 

All Gold series timing chain kits feature a billet steel construction with nitrided sprockets for added strength and Rollmaster's own pro series Iwis full roller timing chain. This chain kit is ideal for high performance applications where the chain is exposed to constant shock loading and rapid acceleration/deceleration rates.
