Before fitting the gaskets, ensure all mating surfaces are thoroughly cleaned using a non-abrasive Scotch-Brite pad. If sealing has previously been an issue, you may apply a light coat of copper spray to the gaskets prior to installation. When tightening the bolts, use the following torque sequence and specifications:
First Pass: 15 N·m (11 lb-ft)
Final Pass: 20 N·m (15 lb-ft)
Tightening Order: 6 → 3 → 1 → 2 → 4 → 5
