Head bolts play a vital role in the sealing of the combustion chamber, oil/coolant channels and ambient air. Therefore, we recommend our MACE cylinder head bolt set for the task. Having met and exceeded OEM specifications, these quality bolts are suited for standard and mildly modified applications. These are torque-to-yield (TTY) bolts which means they are designed to be tightened past their elastic limit, guaranteeing high and uniform clamping forces. Other benefits include pre-applied sealant to the threads eliminating the use of thread locker and no-retorquing is necessary after correct installation procedures have been followed.
